I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. The employees including the secretary openly fib about statements made to customers. Specifically Michael, man handled me on the phone and basically called me a liar to my face. I do look forward to filing a complaint at the Mississippi office. I’m not sure of the morals of the farm bureau company, but none were displayed to me during my time of need. If you have any other options, please go elsewhere.
