  My Dad died in May, 2025, I called Forest Corley Hooper, which was his agent to change his car insurance over to my name. 1st problem is the guy started texting me, didn't answer on the phone or call me. 2nd He took days to get me a quote that he texted me. He quoted me 400 plus per mnth for My car & my Dads...... I was only pay 125. Per month threw The Hartford on my car, but I wanted to bundle them since my Home Owners is w Farm Bureau. Said it was because of my Credit score which is 715 & 723 BTW. 3rd This Guy calls the Other day in Oct 25' 🙄 Oct & asks to Speak to my Dad to tell him his payment is late. Dude I told you in June that my Dad died in May, idiot. As if I needed someone calling asking to speak to my Dad!! Plus, I already got insurance at FB thru Progressive for both cars at the same cost I was paying for both previously. Samantha Wright, Josh Mcintyre's Customer Service Rep. policy for me on Sept 30th. Lovely young Lady, very sympathetic about my Dad's passing & I told her I DO NOT WANT CORLEY AS MY AGENT!!!!! He didn't even bother to see if I had gotten a new policy for my Dads car!!! All he was worried about when he called the other day was who wrote my policy, NOT YOU!!! And im going by to make sure he doesn't get a commission off me!!! I told Samantha that I didn't want him as an agent! Corley is unprofessional, lacks empathy, seems entitled & definitely doesn't follow up on his clients. I know alot of older people dont do all that texting either & prefer to talk on the phone, which he didnt have time for! I still have the text messages in my phone from when my Dad died & I told him in June 25' He never called, just kept texting. Other than this guy, I love FB auto & home!

  They helped me so much with my wreck situation and walked me all through it and were so patient with me!!! So happy to be insured with them and would 100% recommend to everyone!!
