It is important to me to have my individual insurance agent. He knows and understands my particular circumstance and has helped me make the best decisions based on my needs. Anytime that I have questions, I can call and speak directly to someone in the office and they always take care of my concerns.

Progressive has way better robots to actually help someone. I requested a quote for a house I am attempting to buy on Wednesday. Now I will have to wait until Tuesday because she "tried calling me back". Liars, my process of buying a home was held up by them because I was an inconvenience I guess. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
