  I just found out that my adjuster closed a claim without my knowledge and without communicating with me. He paid out to someone else. Someone rear ended me but I'm just upset with the lack of communication because I was wanting to get a lawyer. He didn't send any correspondence telling me that he's going to close the case. He had my email but didn't say anything. I really dislike people like this. They have no real heart to deal with people one on one. But there were no investigation done and no pictures taken of my car. My adjuster was Zack J. Pace. My mother was in an accident and he made her feel extremely bad over the phone when he talked to her. He just blamed her all the way. From the beginning of the conversation to the end. Just all over unprofessional and unethical in dealing with my mother. I would not recommend him to anybody,not as a human being and especially not as an adjuster. I'm thinking about changing car insurance companies. As a note, regardless of who is wrong in a car accident case~no adjuster or employee has the right to make the injured parties feel mistreated or disrespected over the phone.
