Agent refused request to cancel insurance based on personal conflicts during a divorce. First line of reasoning was if no one other than spouse was driving the vehicle she would not cancel. when informed spouses mother who had no valid driver's license was primarily operating the vehicle she changed her reasoning again.

My payment would change, and the money would come out my account two to three weeks after due date. I canceled my insurance and couldn't get it restarted. Once I canceled the policy, money kept coming out of my checking account. The first time I noticed it, I still had the policy but wasn't sure, but when I canceled my policy I noticed they were still taking money from me. Small amounts, and them attempted to get 250.00...
