- MMM Mark4 days ago1.0I could not be more unhappy with Farm Bureau and this office. My claim with them was the single worst experience Ive had with an insurance company. If you want a company and office that isn't going to tell you what endorsements you need, not be able to answer any questions, never call you back, screw you over at every opportunity, and then tell you they never wrote your other policies after the fact, this Farm Bureau is the one for you! Everyone that I can convince to listen will know how trash Farm Bureau is and how poorly I was treated as a customer. If you are ever thinking of switching to Farm Bureau or this Agent, save yourself the heartache and go with literally anyone else.
