  Nicole Griffin · 2 minutes ago Purchased my homeowners insurance from this agent 5 years ago. Finally had had a claim because I noticed my ceiling had water damage. A claim for my roof was denied because the adjuster told me the leak was coming from plumbing boots after a contractor showed me a huge hole on my roof. I called my agent to make sure I had coverage and he advised me that I did have coverage, however he sent me a nasty email after speaking with the adjuster saying the reason the hole in my roof was not covered was due to faulty workmanship or removal of a satellite that I have never had on my house both assumptions and BS that he and the adjuster came up with to deny the claim. Now, I have to get my attorney to handle a claim because of unfair practices by the shady insurance company. I would stay far away from this agent and Insurance company. They don't have any problems taking your money year after, year but will deny your claims when it is time to fix your house.
