Angie is the most fantastic person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is always there to help. Angie saved my behind with a claim! It was the first claim I have ever had to make on my own (this is my first claim since getting off of my parent's insurance) and I was so lost. She followed up with me and made sure I understood everything that was happening. My total loss claim was a little confusing because of prior unclaimed damage, and Angie got to the bottom of it for me! Which got me an additional $3k+ for my total loss. She is incredible and I have no clue what I would have done without her!

Kevin is very much that low pressure, no nonsense insurance agent that everyone hopes to have. If there's something you need, let him know and he's on it! He'll call to talk about other options, but no pressure if you aren't ready or don't need it at the moment.
Then there's Angie, the Office Manager...SHE IS THE GOLD STANDARD!!! Kevin, your office is BLESSED to have her! She is SO HELPFUL and always there to make you feel like you've got a friend helping you with whatever the issue/need is.
With the chaos of having to deal with a contractor for a homeowners claim, Angie has helped us through multiple steps in the process, is ON HER GAME, operating with a sense of urgency to get you what you need and to go the extra mile to make things happen quickly.
Thank you both for being such great partners, great people and for helping us with all of our insurance needs. 10/10 recommend...more stars than 5 if that were an option!

I could not ask for a better insurance agent than Kevin Wingenbach State Farm. He and his office manager, Angie Waltman are the very best when it comes to customer service. We incurred major hail damage in March 2025. Since then, Kevin and Angie have helped us navigate through State Farm’s claims process with ease. We could not have done without them. State Farm should hire more people like them. They are the very best at what they do.
