- SCShirley ClyburnJun 25, 20255.0We have been with Mutual of Omaha since 2011. We had a different sales agent at that time, but we have come to trust Mike Steinmetz with our insurance needs. We started out with MCR supplement and life insurance and Mike would call every year when the insurance company would raise their rates. One year we asked if he could move our MCR supplement payment to the end of the month. He didn't have a problem doing that. When I called and asked him about dental insurance he said he would get that information in the mail today. Mike is a very friendly, professional, and efficient sales agent for Mutual of Omaha. We are glad he's our agent. Thank you, Dennis and Shirley Clyburn
