I fired them. Their billing is incomprehensible, they give you a rate, you accept, then half way into the contract, they just change it. You ask them to explain their change in the bill, and they deflect. When you point out they are not answering your question, and tell them perhaps they need to research it, they finally use that, but then the answer they research is also not an answer. They actually suggested I contact someone, and then failed to provide any contact info in the letter. It was like dealing with criminals or someone on drugs.
