- DHDee Jay Horejsi4 days ago1.0This office isn't what prior service I had ith Bankers in other area. I contracted a Medicare suppliment and a Drug plan. The products are fine. The office never returns calls and what I thought I had a Agent to service our needs absolutely ghosted on muliple attempts to contact as she didn't do per agreement and now my copays are very high. I would just cancel as I did on a life policy! Medicare policies are only able to change during enrollment periods. This 2.6 Google rating is probably high!

Just recently a family member had breast cancer and the critical Illness policy paid out the $20,000 with out a glitch. That really was a god send in a time of need.
