- RFRu FAug 10, 20251.0On customer service: Came in wanting to sit down with an agent to sort out a billing issue. Had to wait at the counter while they looked into our inquiry, since there wasn’t a seating area. Typically, you'd expect to be seated and talk it out- especially on important matters like insurance- but apparently, it's treated like a drop-in. On a separate occasion- this time a call speaking to them about policy questions and concerns- i was asking them follow-up questions and confirming info, just trying to be thorough so I wouldn’t have to keep calling. Instead of helping, they made us feel like we were being difficult. Answers were vague, and the rep barely engaged—no effort to guide the conversation or explain anything clearly. Felt like talking in a void. Insurance is complicated as is, and if you’re not willing to walk customers through it, what’s the point? So glad I switched providers.
