This has to be the worst ever experience with an Insurance agent and his company. Had a vehicle breakdown that required a tow, I'm with the vehicle and on a main busily traveled major Hwy, place the tow request and don't hear anything for an hour and then receive a call from a tow driver that says he's just been dispatched for our tow and he'll be another 50 minutes barring no traffic issues. Having to wait over 2 hours for a tow is just damn ridiculous. Only thing this agent does is take your monthly vehicle payment and try to upsell more insurance coverage. This isn't the first experience of a long and tiring wait for a tow. This agent and his business is awful. Will definitely be looking for something thats cheaper and provides a quality service.
