I just got off the phone with yet another great representative Ms. Joette (pronounced Joetta). She was very patient, kind and personable with me while we figured out some confusion I had about my current and upcoming bill. In the end she helped me figure it out and understand what to expect going forward! I do not regret switching to this office!! They have all been very transparent, communicative and professional! I have not had a single bad experience with them so far and I plan to stay with them for as long as possible! Thanks ladies for all you do!! (So far I have only talked to women so I'm not sure if there is a man working in that office or not. If so, thank you to him as well!)
