They have been unwilling to help our family and left us feeling like a burden each time we called. We switched to a State Farm branch near us and they are much friendlier and easier to work with, but if you like automated systems and high prices this might be the place for you!

I called him 6 months ago fussing about auto insurance rates and was basically told yeah it sucks, some people's have gone up 200% or more. Now both home and auto were due for renewal. I found significantly cheaper insurance for both, with the automobile being 1/3 of the quote I received the carrier I had. He never once offered to try to find cheaper coverage for me. When I called the office to cancel my policies it was not completed. He was rude in an email exchange stating it wasn't his problem. I spoke to a lady today who did cancel my policies, but she couldn't stop the draft that is coming out of my bank account. Gary was just rude and made me feel like a nuisance.
