    Had a few phone calls with Jeremy, we talked about switching and lower rates. He wasn't pushy or selling me anything, understood my priority was to get the lowest rate. He called me back to tell me he was able to get me that lower rate and we went ahead with the switch. He was most accommodating and very personable. Excellent service. A+

    Ben, Your agent Brady dud a phenomenal job taking care of myself and my roommate for auto and renters insurance. He also helped us cancel our old policy which took 3 phone calls(1 no answer, 1 hang up while on hold, and finally got it canceled). We had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes. He was with us through the whole thing. Thank you all so much for your help! AND Later when I had a question your agent Courtney Cooper assisted me phenomenally!
