I like Amy, Amy is smart, Amy is responsive, for all I know Amy is a great dancer, Amy is the bomb. But Amy leaves the office, sometimes. That is when I called today and as a potential customer, you might wish to know that Jamie took over the ship like it was her company. I was in true need of info (today!) from the parent company (State Farm) and they have slowly become awful, or have I just gotten too old? In any event, Jamie went back to the task and found the critical info I needed, and called back. (Called back!!!) This was of her own volition. She wasn't going to let the mother ship squash a single customer. If she will do if for me, she does if for everybody. I think she probably cares for dozens of clients each day, but today I was that guy and I appreciate her so much. George Patton had his Infantry, Ricky had Lucy, Mickey had the Mouseketeers , and Amy has Jamie. If you want to be part of this, start writing checks, the heat ain't free. Thank you, Jamie, it mattered today, a lot. Every billion-dollar multinational has its dragons these days, you need a company with people like Jamie to co-exist.
