He gives you his personal cell number and is takes calls whether he is in the office or not. A few weeks after switching, I had an urgent question on a Sunday morning. Derek answered while he was at the airport and talked me through my options. It was so appreciated! I highly recommend Derek and his team if you are looking for peace of mind with your insurance needs!
