She quickly responds to messages and is easy to converse with. I switched to State Farm after being dissatisfied with the service I received from another company regarding roof replacement from hail damage. I live in a twin home and my neighbor’s experience with the same hail damage claim with State Farm was easy and flawless. I did not have that experience with my previous insurance agency. After that claim was over, I switched to State Farm. I have been extremely pleased with their services.
