  After I explained my needs/concerns. Matt knew exactly what to do after looking at my claim. I’d recommend working with Geico Minneapolis for anyone who likes to get great customer service. The company made the whole experience very easy for me to understand. I was very ill and in the hospital at the time.Everyone explained everything clearly so I could understand and fill out stuff online and over the phone, and what forms to mail in.

  Very happy with the service and especially the way Dom handled everything. He was very responsive and helpful. Glad I am with GEICO and Dom is the agent I work with.

  Unfortunately while the GEICO hotline was helpful - Matt was not. Navigating a really confusing insurance policy as a first time homeowner was made even worse with Matt only communicating with us over email, despite repeated requests to chat on the phone to help resolve things. We'd get reassurance from the office he'd call at this time, or call us back later, and he never did. The customer service is clearly lacking, and so is the respect. We ended up leaving with both our policies elsewhere, despite repeated efforts on our end to continue.
