Navigating a really confusing insurance policy as a first time homeowner was made even worse with Matt only communicating with us over email, despite repeated requests to chat on the phone to help resolve things. We'd get reassurance from the office he'd call at this time, or call us back later, and he never did. The customer service is clearly lacking, and so is the respect. We ended up leaving with both our policies elsewhere, despite repeated efforts on our end to continue.
