They were both very knowledgeable and explained what they offer clearly without being pushy at all. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Overall, it’s been an awesome experience working with them, and I would definitely recommend them.

- AAAlexDec 23, 20255.0I went here as an introduction, I was very skeptical at first thinking this was basically going to be a sales pitch. I had two people assist me this day, Tim and Alexander. I was very impressed by their knowledge and presentation, they never asked me to sign up for a plan, never pushed any plan on me. They even advised that I go home, review my current plans and bring them in for my next appointment (One that I requested), and they would review them with me and explain any questions I may have. I currently do not have any plans with Mutual of Omaha, but I can confidently say these people do have a genuine care towards anyone that walks through their doors. Anyone considering, or even looking for information & to educate yourself can know that you will be treated well, with or without signing up for any plan.
