After multiple billing mistakes and unexplained price increases, they quoted me nearly $400/month for two cars, renter’s insurance, and business coverage. On top of that, getting someone on the phone was a constant struggle — but they always seemed to have time to respond via email instead of resolving things properly. I’ve since switched to Progressive and now pay $120/month less for better coverage across the board. Safe to say I won’t be doing business with this office again, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

My only complaint is that State Farm's process for validating hail resistant roofing installation is ridiculous in that it rejects a warranty registration from the roofing manufacturer and requires the original installer to complete their form.
