Overall my experiences with this office we're pretty good they were a couple of times that there was some challenges when trying to meet with
Mr David ARCE but my last transaction with the young lady receiving of my payment for reinstatement was a pleasant experience thanks to her.but claims is a different story not fully paying out, changing around my claims and merging of claims by claims agent Christine Lawrence.
