Or as I have him saved in my phone, Mike From State Farm. He was so patient with me waiting for me to be ready to make the switch (I think I was a lead for 10+ months) to State Farm. He has been nothing but supportive and kind, even after the policy was granted and I continued to ask questions. Mike is always quick to reply to the smallest request. And best of all, he knows to text and not call, a millennial's dream.
