  Lexys (Pronounced as Lexus) was absolutely amazing and fun to talk to. I was in a difficult insurance situation and she cleared everything right up and helped me find a better insurance plan. I highly recommend going to her, she will really help you out. I am truly ecstatic that I came to this office. Please go to Lexys (Pronounced as Lexus).

  Unacceptable service and inflexible policies Our experience with this LA Insurance location was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We referred our daughter to this agency, who has been a customer for almost two years. However, she went with another company and requested to cancel her policy. To our surprise, we discovered that LA Insurance enforces an incredibly restrictive and outdated policy requiring cancellations to be made in person and with a driver's license in hand. This policy was never communicated to us during the nearly two years she held it, which is completely unacceptable. We reached out to the agency via phone to discuss the cancellation, hoping to handle it via email due to her current circumstances. Unfortunately, the response we received was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. The agent we spoke with stated that he was just "filling in" and showed no interest in assisting us or addressing our concerns. This lack of empathy and professionalism was further compounded when he abruptly hung up on us mid-conversation. Such behavior is inexcusable and indicative of a severe need for training in customer communication and service. Throughout the entire time my daughter was with LA Insurance, not once did they contact her to express gratitude for her business, check in on her for any updates or changes, or attempt to retain her as a customer after she expressed her intent to cancel. It is evident that customer care is not a priority for this agency. If you value respect, flexibility, and competent service, I would strongly advise against choosing this LA Insurance location. Our experience has shown that they are more interested in enforcing unnecessary policies and disregarding customer needs than providing quality service. Avoid this agency if you want to be treated with dignity and care.
