Insurance for my auto and home owners insurance for over 20 years. A representative by the name of Sophie, answered. I had a few questions about my renewal however, Sophie continually spoke over me. She indicated she was “very busy and had a lot of work so she didn’t have time for my long winded explanation.” The phone call was only a few minutes long and she hung up because she was too busy. I understand we all have good and bad days and life and work can become very stressful however, blatant rudeness and being unkind because you feel you are superior or not held accountable is unacceptable.
