- SRSkyler RogersMay 23, 20241.0I called for home owners insurance and told them that it was a very time sensitive issue and they assured me they could get to it right away. I called for days and was told every time I called that they promised they would have a quote for me by the end of that day and within hours of my current home owners policy expiring I called one last time and was told that they're is people ahead of me and you will just have to wait it may be a few days. Forced me to have to scramble to find a different insurance company to do buisness with at the last minute. I Was planning on using them to insure 3+ vehicles, boat, sxs and much more but not now. Place is built on false information and promises.
