  I have been with Coleman for more then 8 years. This was not the 1st incident with this agent. She is the rudest, yells at you when you question why her call was not returned when she stated she would return your call that day and it never happens. You call back the next business day Monday at 2:30pm and she states all the excuses in the book: short staffed, take customers as they come in when my call was on Friday at 9:25 am. Why would you ever state that to your customer and WHY would you state I'll call you back at the end of the day and NOT do it, with at least a call to say I'm still working on it. I'm your pay check maybe you should train your staff to have some manners. Worst customer service ever. Find insurance somewhere else that treats you like a human being. There are plenty out there in Hastings.

  I called for home owners insurance and told them that it was a very time sensitive issue and they assured me they could get to it right away. I called for days and was told every time I called that they promised they would have a quote for me by the end of that day and within hours of my current home owners policy expiring I called one last time and was told that they're is people ahead of me and you will just have to wait it may be a few days. Forced me to have to scramble to find a different insurance company to do buisness with at the last minute. I Was planning on using them to insure 3+ vehicles, boat, sxs and much more but not now. Place is built on false information and promises.

  Wonderful staff. They are very quick and very personable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they haven't been able to get me the lowest rates on auto.
