Reception/waiting area consistently stays clean. They stay open later than traditional business hours which makes life incredibly more convenient. Bills can be paid with cash or plastic in person or plastic or bank account virtually. If your payment is anything other than cash, you WILL be charged service/processing fees no matter what method of payment you choose. There is NO public OR customer restroom available. No exception. There is also a plexiglass glass/Covid shield permanently installed between the agent and the client.
