    They sent me an email telling me the auto payment was processed. Then for some reason they didn't process the payment, and sent me a mail telling me the payment was not processed. I was on vacation and missed this mail. So they finally cancelled the insurance policy so that I couldn't drive when I got back home and realized all these happened. They also charged the late payment fee. This is entirely FRAUD. PLEASE AVOID GEICO AT ALL COST. GEICO SHOULD BE FINED FOR WHAT IT DOES TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

    I was with Geico in WA for 20 years. I moved to MI and had hands down THE WORST customer service EVER. The quote was out of this world, so I discontinued, but I recieved an email saying I owed $80. I tried calling, but the corporate line NEVER answered their phone. I spent HOURS trying to reach them. I couldn't use the portal to pay. Finally i sent an $80 money order via mail. They later said if I gave proof of other insurance I could get a discount. I did, that brought it to i owed $50. The same email was sent. I gave same info. It went down to $30. I paid the $30 online, went to cancel my money order, just to find out that THEY HAD CASHED IT! Not for the $80 on the check, but for $50! I finally figured out how to reach them (as their customer service email link on the website is faulty) and demanded a refund as I had now spent over $110 and recieved a $50 check. I will NEVER work with MI Geico again.

    If I could give zero stars I would, I have auto insurance using geico and my car got impounded even though I have auto payment turned on and then the day after I get my car outta impounded they take $360 out of my account this is absolutely ridiculous, I will NEVER be using geico again.
