I called first to get a document notarized… The lady representative was kinda rude on the phone, I brush that off because I knew they was the closest one to me and I needed the services right away.. So I brought her the business any way. When I arrived with my daughter and Auntie to get a document signed remind you know one in the store but us, she instantly told us cash only which was understood so my aunt asked can you proceed with the notary while I go get the cash from ATM next door.. She said no somebody might come in.. so my aunt and daughter sat back in the lobby. I was gone 5 minutes tops and back.. So as soon as my daughter and aunt get back in the chair to be services the rep goes to ask do my aunt have a problem and my aunt said no I am trying to get notarized and go home.. The lady representative threw the ID back in the window and told them she will not be notarizing them today Goodbye.. In that order. At the end of the day she still didn’t services us.. I couldn’t believe that’s the service you get in our community.. Very unprofessional and rude to customers.. I will never step foot back in this establishment. Rude and Unprofessional
