  I have no idea how this place has nothing but 5 star reviews. Mike pushed me in to a plan and upsold me on some other coverages last fall then early in the year I found out that for some reason unique to me they weren’t able to cover me. My options after that were to pay a lot more per month or to pick a plan they “wouldn’t service” if I had any issues. Which was fine with me because the only issues I have had were with Mike, Noreen, and their incompetence and unwillingness to answer legitimate questions. This year they let me pick the same plan I was rejected for last year so we’ll see how that goes. Hopefully it won’t result in another gap in coverage and unpaid urgent care visits like last year. I also choose a dental plan with them last year and recently found out that since my dentist is out of network the insurance they sold me only covered about $50 of my cleanings and x-rays last year and I owe over $500. All for a little over $20 per month!!. Now, I have to do the leg work with the insurance company and their member hub if I want to see any of my visits covered.. Anyway, if you have a choice go somewhere else for insurance. I wish I could.

  Mike and his team are awesome to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Tell them what type of coverage you are looking for and a budget you would like to be within and they will get you the best coverage for your $!

  Awesome experience! Very educational and communicated everything clearly. Navigating health insurance on our own was a bit nerve racking but Mike made it a positive experience and we were happy with the outcome.

  ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! From the initial consultation call with Mike and all of the agents that have helped me along the way, including Mandy most recently, their customer service is A+++++++++++++++!!! Always helpful, available, extremely detailed responses and emails, and very accurate information and knowledge! I am continually impressed and would recommend to anyone without hesitation! 10 stars if that was possible!
