Have to call, write, and email in order to get information noted and followed though. I have a disabled very sick kid and must have honest representation because I do not have the time or resources to make sure other people are doing their job. Not following through on ordering an inspection is an agents job! Forgetting until you are reminded by the client again is unacceptable, and is not the fault of Allstate corporation or myself as the client when you fail to do your job.
