Surprisingly, the process was relatively painless as we dealt with the insurance company's compensation. Chris was extremely helpful in putting us in contact with the right people to keep everything moving. He even noticed when our adjuster missed that our deductible was waived because of the amount of our claim. Thank you, Chris! We hope this never happens again, but if so, we know we're in good hands!
