Her patience was outstanding, and it was so refreshing to have a conversation with an actual human being. She definitely earned her angel wings working with me for several hours via phone. Stephanie answered all my questions, and took the time to explain any and all procedures, that just didn't make sense to me. Long story, short version. My husband and I are now the proud beneficiaries of homeowner, auto, and life insurance with State Farm. Wait for it, all three were less than what we paid just for auto insurance alone with ALLSTATE. The story gets even better, we were clients for 17 years. When my homeowners insurance increased $400 this year. I knew a change had to happen! Now, in good hands. Oops, I have say, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!" Definitely and highly recommend!!!
