No acknowledgement upon entering the place of business, same with the others that came in after me. Waited 20 minutes before anyone said a word, only to be told they couldn’t do licence photos because the camera flash was broken - 10 minutes before closing. The employees solution was to go to another one of their locations but couldn’t even tell me what time they were open until. A simple sign on the door could have saved everyone’s time, but its clear common sense and customer service don’t exist at this location. Went to Turnbull and Whitaker on St. Mary’s instead and was greeted with a smile and in and out in under 10 minutes.
