They left me uninsured for months and did not tell me. Signed me up and then changed all my contact info without telling me. They cancelled my insurance without any notice or contact of any kind without any cause. They then came back with a policy 20% more expensive. They purposely changed my contact info at renewal(after zero issues prior)just to have an excuse to jack my rate up and left me dangerously exposed for months without my knowledge. Negligent.

Frequently Asked Questions About Western Financial Group Business Insurance

How does a separate home-based business insurance policy work in Manitoba?

A home-based business insurance policy is a stand-alone policy that provides higher amounts of coverage for business equipment and liability. It typically covers your office equipment, business inventory on and off your premises, and business interruption insurance if anything were to happen to your home as the result of an insured loss. What does it typically cover: • Theft • Customer injury such as a slip and fall • Lawsuits • Product and service liabilities • Damaged equipment

Who should get home-based business insurance in Manitoba?

It’s for self-employed individuals or sole proprietor ownership businesses that operate only out of their home, such as a day care, an online business, a jewelry designer, or pet groomer. If you live in a condo, you need to know if operating a home-based business is against your condo regulations.
