Long story short; last month I started to apply online for an insurance car. Anyway, I wasn't so convinced to continue with. Then, I received a phone call from Geico. I didn't want to answer, but the phone call was repeated another time, so I thought to answer just to say that I'm still thinking about it. But, there it is. On another side of the phone wasn't simply an agent who was trying to sell a product to a potential customer, but there was Nathalia who made a easy, professional a kind conversation, not stressing me out with a lot of headache infos, but showing me that she was there to help me out with them. So, she made me follow the conversation and accept the plan offered, being your costumer, and all of a sudden finding myself with one less of my important things to be done! So, thank You Nathalia! Before you pay for a policy, they will spam you with calls and emails, but after you do, there is no way to reach them, they’ll ignore you and disregard you. I regret having chosen them and recommend to STAY AWAY.
