  I bought a cheap car to run errands around town and chose farm bureau because they were the cheapest. Mr Dillon insisted on coming to my house which he showed up at 7pm, where he happened to see my 18 year old son there helping us move furniture into our home. About a month later they start to hassle me about adding my son to the policy which I refused. They even lied to me and told me that the DMV had contacted them about it being unlawful to have an uninsured teenager with a license in our home. The DMV doesent contact them, they contact the DMV and my son has a different address anyway. About a month later they change my policy on their own after my final premium payment and renewed another 6 months at a much higher cost with my son on the policy. I emailed Dillon twice and emailed another person there and no response. Now I keep receiving an invoice for changing my policy that they changed on their own for a person who has a different address. I highly recommend you pay a few extra dollars for a different company. I cant get a response from email but I guarantee I get a response from this. STOP SENDING ME INVOICES, IM PAID UP ON THE ENTIRE POLICY! thanks UPDATE: THANKS, But I dont need Robert to call me. If Robert wanted to respond, he could have replied to my email from September 2nd. Please allow me to be more clear, all I need you to do is stop sending me invoices. I appreciate you for understanding your mistake and resolving this in a timely manner.

  One of their customers hit me, and I am having nothing but trouble getting this resolved. NO COMMUNICATION . They never call back or update. not to mention, I had to keep submitting my files in different forms. Update: I am not your customer. Your customer hit me. I was directed to your office since your customer is at that location.
