- ZZZassy ZasDec 23, 20251.0Cut out the middleman and go online and find an insurance policy so you don’t have to deal with people like the old nasty rude lady they have as a receptionist. I asked her for a receipt for the time period I paid because they told the dmv I cancelled 2 days prior to me moving to another company vs the time period that I paid them. Instead of giving me a receipt for that particular month she hung up in my face. It’s time to replace her with a nice friendly pleasant personality. Yall will continue to have customers switch to other companies having to deal with her. LISTEN IT COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE KIND!!!! It’s time to replace her. To the owner. Even if it’s your mother or family it’s time to let her go and get a pleasant friendly personality in there.
