  When calling when its not lunch hour no one ever hardly answer the phone when I call. It sometimes can be very inconsiderate when needing to get an issue resolved, or needing answers to a few things. I'm not sure if its just one person that's working in the office or what. I missed when Ms Fran use to be there, and when Mr Greg use to answer our calls.

  I manage my mother’s accounts & policies who has been with this agent for decades and previous to him it was with his father. I asked for guidance on vehicle that is not driven on how to get premium decreased and was given no assistance after several attempts. I contacted my personal agent which guided me on how to reduce premium and they also took care of it for me. Also asked for assistance on accessing policies online and making payments. Because I’m also an Allstate customer, this agent couldn’t assist and kept messing up my own personal login. Yet again my personal agent took over and was able to correct it all.

  I called Gregg's office to see if they could help me save money on my insurance and Lori Dement answered the phone and was very instrumental in helping me save money. I highly recommend the Sterlington office for your insurance needs

  I'm sure they are great but because I would have been new and not eligible for many of the loyal customer discounts the quote given was double my current payment.
