  I have always dealt with Jane Rowell at Farm Bureau, always with excellent results. Jane is friendly, cheerful, prompt in returning calls, clearly and completely explaining details and is a genuine pleasure to do business with. If all people involved with customer service were as good as Jane the world would be a much better place to live in. My compliments to her.
