  I wish I can give it zero stars. I’ve been waiting on Ryan Johnson to call me back to get full cover insurance. No one called me back the lady at the front desk. Said the Ryan Johnson was gonna be at work around 12 noon so I call back around noon. But the woman said Ryan Johnson never came in I asked her can she give me another Agency person she told me no smfh I emailed Ryan Johnson he never emailed me back

  They have always been the cheapest around! I was involved in an accident. Even though it wasn't my fault, I'm forced to go through my insurance. Farm Bureau is helping me through it all

  I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with the Rayne location. ESPECIALLY if you have to deal With Daryl Hits he’s unprofessional with a bad attitude
