  I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I received from insurance agent Brandon Noel. Communication was consistently poor—calls and messages went unanswered, and follow-ups were rarely completed. During interactions, Brandon Noel was rude and dismissive, showing little concern for my needs as a client. I often felt ignored rather than supported, which is unacceptable for someone in a role that requires trust, accountability, and clear communication. Insurance is not something clients should have to chase assistance for, and unfortunately, that was my experience. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages the agency to address these issues.

  It's truly insulting. I've been a truck driver for 18 years. EIGHTEEN. My insurance rate doesn't take that into account. Thankfully Bureau is the cheapest. I no longer can recommend them though. As my insurance is stupid high. That's just liability. Why might you ask are you being penalized? You drive hundreds of miles daily, you're almost 42. You've never been in ANY accidents that you were at fault for. So what's the issue? Does it involve ANYTHING to do with driving? No no no no. It's all about that ridiculous credit score. I'm also being penalized for Louisiana having an abysmal job market. So I've had to make decisions. I've nothing against whoever works here. Just letting everyone know. Oh and you're being screwed also because you live in the state of Louisiana. Get this. I paid 78 for FULL COVERAGE in Wisconsin. I'm paying 150 a month for liability in the land of theocracy 🤷‍♀️ but if you need "cheap" insurance. This is where you go or find a really high bridge because this state everything is expensive, there's no jobs, and they expect you to birth a thousand kids. Don't worry they've got insurance coverage for all that too. 🤷‍♀️
