    Someone with farm bureau hit my car on August 19,2023 and now it's September 17 and my car isn't fixed yet I'm getting the run around these people must not understand how important a vehicle is I need my car fixed I'm a have to take them to court,,file a complaint with the insurance commissioner,take there customer to court. I was the victim but here there treating me like I'm the cause of the accident.Just fix my car Farm Bureau,just think about how many other people there doing this to. I can't get no rental. Everytime I call there with one excuse after another. Claim number is 17A01995956..If you have Insurance with them beware because one day they won't want to pay for the accident and cost all of there customers money and court fees,This is the type of insurance company I would not recommend to nobody at all. I will update y'all on when and if my vehicle ever gets fixed so in the mean time put yourself in my shoes and feel how bad it feels to have your vehicle hit and the insurance doesn't want to pay to fix it and leave you carless and u end up jobless or catching rides or can even cause seriously something bad when u don't have a ride to the emergency room or to the doctor or to the pharmacy to get your meds that's life threatening. They want you to sit and wait and die.i am mentally drained calling them but I won't give up until they fix my car or were all in court shortly.They hit me they could have did more worse damage so just think if it was worse if I wouldn't be able to tell my story. They don't care because if they cared they would have did something other than just play games. Playing games with people hard earned money

    Claims adjuster, very unprofessional. After several attempts to contact this individual through telephone calls, emails and personal messages left at his office desk, in reference to completing the process of our claim, we finally asked for a supervisor to assist after failed response. Low and behold he appears at our residence, in a bit of a huff! This person, all but out right, called us thieves, because in his opinion, we should have had larger invoices and assumed we did not use the money issued for its intended purpose. He questioned the installation of our solar panels and how long had they been there. He asked if we completed the work ourselves. He asked why was the fence not completely redone, why weren’t the shutters painted and did we change the roof as indicated in the specifications of his estimate. Shouldn’t he have known the roof was completely redone and the solar panels already existed through the numerous pictures he took at the start of this claim? He did not issue enough funds to complete any one task listed in his report. Were we to use personal savings to complete tasks, then suffer a loss when when denied depreciation as we have now? Is this the intent of this claims process? We have been with Farm Bureau for at least 16 years now and of the three times (that I can recall) having dealt with these adjusters, it has been a hassle and a horrible experience. We are at a loss for $6000.00 due to his denial in this recovery. Behavior like this can not be justified. Farm Bureau should not be allowed to continue treating people of its community in this manner. I will be forwarding this to Farm Bureau upper management. Maybe it’s time to cut losses and advise our intent to sever ties.
