UPDATE: Farm Bureau was quick to contact me after seeing the review. They apologized and immediately took care of my questions. I appreciate their swiftness in addressing my concerns! We’ve always been pleased with our insurance, but for some reason the office has been nearly impossible to contact by phone. Voicemails have not been returned either. If not for that, I’d give 5 stars.

I had insurance here for 7 yrs. It was one mistake after another with the major one being they never added my new truck to my policy for 6 months we drove without insurance. Very rude incompetent people. Do not get insured at the many Louisiana office its terrible
