- AOAymincendiary One5 days ago1.0On October 20th, I had a new policy written for my vehicle and a very good rate, which included a discount for enrolling in the DriveEasy program. I am familiar with this program as I was enrolled in it with another policy number in the past. Unfortunately, I experienced technical issues with the app that spanned 6 weeks with tech support not returning my calls and I had to repeatedly call the customer service line to get anything done. Finally, at the end of December, I got the app working correctly, however my discount was removed and my insurance is now costing me an additional $174 a month. Tech support said repeatedly they would fix the issue and get back to me but they never do. I have already filed a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Insurance, who sent them a notice explaining the hike in my premium. A certified letter to their Macon GA underwriting office has gone unanswered, and today calling their 800 number results in dropped connections. I will post an honest review of my experience here to help other customers make informed decisions. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this insurer.
