My car was stolen, and even though I had documents provided when I bought the vehicle, GEICO denied my claim because the car wasn’t registered in my name. They refused to help, investigate, or guide me through the situation, despite me being a victim of fraud. I felt completely ignored, and their customer service showed no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. If you want an insurance company that actually protects you when things go wrong, I would strongly reconsider GEICO.
