- BLBrandy LoveSep 29, 20251.0I had an awful experience with Farm Bureau agent Marius Hayden. He was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout my visit. He falsely claimed there was an issue with my license, snatched my ID and paperwork out of my hands, raised his voice at me, and only reluctantly gave me my proof of insurance after insisting he had already handed it over. His behavior was unacceptable, and because of this experience we are now looking to move all of our policies away from Farm Bureau.
