Went in to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Front desk was having a conversation with someone in the lobby. They never acknowledged me, said "I will be with you in a moment " good morning anything. I don't expect you to drop what you are doing but if that is how I'm greeted as a potential customer how will I be treated when I have a claim. So after a minute or two standing there listening to the conversation I left.
