I was a customer of Farm Bureau for years until Spring of 2023. Even though I'd filed no claims on my home or any of my vehicles (two cars and a Harley), Farm Bureau decided to raise my auto insurance significantly and literally double my homeowner's insurance. I immediately sought out coverage from another local insurance company and found the same coverage for a much lower rate. What's sad is that even though I'd been a customer of Farm Bureau for over ten years, not a single person from the agency bothered to contact me or my wife and ask if there was any way they could keep our business. On top of that, we still receive bills for the ridiculous "membership dues" even though we canceled them around 8 months ago. I don't regret leaving Farm Bureau.
